The successful candidate will be responsible for growing existing and landing new global accounts. He\/she will be responsible for all aspects of customer relationship management, account acquisition strategies, sales financial performance and reporting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and develop\u00a0relationship with current clients and local partners.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business<\/li>\n<li>Attend trade shows and appropriate industry meetings to generate new leads, identify interesting new market applications, and network with customer representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019s needs, concerns, and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.<\/li>\n<li>Understand technical specification that will conform with the customer needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Job requirements\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>PhD or equivalent in Physics, high technical knowledges about laser.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in selling optics components<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good understanding of the scientific research industry<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel a minimum of 40% of the time.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written English and German skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Think this is the job for you?
