Votre challenge sera d\u2019optimiser une structure existante en vous assurant du respect de la strat\u00e9gie et de l\u2019application des processus. En tant que responsable SAV vous avez une part tr\u00e8s importante dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et le d\u00e9veloppement des produits avec vos recommandations aux \u00e9quipes R&amp;D et qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dynamique et solide: <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les sciences de la vie cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l\u2019international et vend ses produits dans plus de 30 pays. La qualit\u00e9 et la satisfaction du client sont au centre de ses pr\u00e9occupations.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vous aurez la responsabilit\u00e9\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Responsable SAV, vous serez en charge d\u2019une \u00e9quipe r\u00e9partie sur plusieurs pays. Avec les managers de vos \u00e9quipes vous d\u00e9finissez les besoins et les mesures \u00e0 mettre en place. Vous d\u00e9finissez \u00e9galement les partenaires et fournisseurs qui vous accompagneront dans la r\u00e9ussite des objectifs de votre d\u00e9partement. Vous collaborez avec les responsables R&amp;D et qualit\u00e9 pour atteindre un haut niveau de performance des produits et une pleine satisfaction des clients. Vous serez responsable de la qualification des machines, de la documentation, des r\u00e9parations et des pi\u00e8ces d\u00e9tach\u00e9es (achats, stockage\u2026). Vous serez responsable de la normalisation des proc\u00e9dures dans les diff\u00e9rents centres techniques.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les outils \u00e0 disposition pour r\u00e9ussir\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un poste cl\u00e9 avec les outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 votre r\u00e9ussite. Consciente de l\u2019importance de votre d\u00e9partement, la direction sera attentive \u00e0 vos recommandations et mettra les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour sa r\u00e9ussite. Vous pourrez notamment compter sur le directeur du d\u00e9partement et sur une bonne collaboration entre les d\u00e9partements.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Votre profil\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Exp\u00e9rience de plus de 5 ans dans la gestion SAV \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/strong> <strong>Formation technique n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong> avec une bonne connaissance de l\u2019environnement des sciences de la vie. Une connaissance des normes appliqu\u00e9es aux dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux est un s\u00e9rieux atout. Vous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience dans la gestion de personnel et surtout dans la gestion d\u2019une structure r\u00e9partie sur diff\u00e9rents pays. \u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9coute des vos \u00e9quipes, vous \u00eates sensible aux diff\u00e9rences et aux difficult\u00e9s dans la gestion d\u2019\u00e9quipe multiculturelle.
