They now require a Business development manager to work from home\/or office covering the swiss-german sales area. The successful candidate will leverage their technical competency to prospect new sales accounts and maintaining a customer base.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.<\/li>\n<li>Cold call as appropriate within your geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.<\/li>\n<li>Research and build relationships with new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution\/service.<\/li>\n<li>Present new services and enhance existing relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company\u2019s unique selling propositions and differentiators.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirement :<\/h4>\n<p>5-8 years&#8217; experience in technical business development<br \/>\nGood knowledge within the Precision Manufacturing industry.<br \/>\nPrevious client facing business development experience, with a proven track record of relationship management and revenue conversion.<br \/>\nThe ability to communicate effectively at all levels with perfect spoken and written German, Knowledge of French or English.<br \/>\nExcellent negotiation skills<\/p>\n<p>Think this is the job for you?
