Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will be based in Switzerland with regular traveling across Germany, Switzerland, Austria&#8230;. This is a varied and exciting area sales manager role selling capital goods for a successful and established company. You will be responsible for maximising the sales revenue with the existing client base, and developing new customers across your area.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maintain and develop<\/strong>\u00a0relationship with current clients and local partners.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business<\/li>\n<li>Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019s needs, concerns, and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate tender, contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs<\/li>\n<li>Understand the decision making processes of key decision-makers\/stakeholders of identified leads.<\/li>\n<li>Understand technical specification that will conform with the customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Attend relevant exhibitions and conferences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirement :<\/h4>\n<p>Engineering degree or equivalent required.<br \/>\n8-10 years technical sales experience is required (within Capital good or\/and Railways).<br \/>\nProven experience in international Sales.<br \/>\nSuitable candidates will be highly organised, self-motivated achievers.<br \/>\nFluent in German and English, French or any other languages would be an asset.
