Exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join a leading provider of reliable and innovative products and services to the Life-Science, Diagnostic and Pharmaceutical community

Account Manager (Biotechnology)

Your mission :

Your mission is to reach the Sales Objectives defined with your Sales Manager and promote the company image. You are ideally based in south Germany. You will be in charge of:
Reaching predefined annual territory sales budget
Increasing cross-selling of products/services
Detecting and develop new customers in existing or new market segments in your territory
Managing your territory (including field visits, local actions/ promotions, exhibitions etc…)
Reporting to the Sales Manager and to the headquarters the new market opportunities
The company sells and promotes Genomics (PCR reagents & enzymes, qPCR reagents, Cloning kits…) and Proteomics products/projects (custom antibody & peptides services, catalogue antibodies & peptides, assays kits, dyes, and protein services), from the research grade to the IVD business. A strong emphasis is placed on service and quality

Your profile :

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
A solid molecular / biotechnology background (MS degree, and ideally PhD or Masters)
A working knowledge of the Territory
At ease with B2B approach
You are interested in business development

Independent and self-motivated
Strong competitive drive
