Main Focus: Germany – CH – Austria for Diagnostic Services
Your mission
To insure that our client becomes an undisputable leader providing Distribution / OEM solutions and generating stable revenues for the distribution of solutions for the molecular diagnostic market. To achieve the sales and financial objectives defined with your Director. To be the first contact of every lead identified by the Research Sales Force. To detect new prospects and to convert them as new customers. To elaborate commercial propositions and contracts according to the local customer needs. To collaborate with the Diagnostic Services team and the Customer Support for an optimal customer follow-up. To support the Director for the Strategic Marketing Plan development. To suggest and to implement the operational commercial plan for your area. To feed-back market information to the product manager and the Diagnostic Services director
Your profile
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
• A solid molecular / biotechnology background (MS degree or PhD)
• You are based ideally in Germany
• You speak fluently English and German, and ideally French
• You are result oriented, passionate and enthusiastic, independent and self-motivated
• Innovative and creative
• Team spirit with Strong communication skills and flexibility to work in a matrix organization
